Hard to believe Fall is here! Jonah is 6 and he started 1st Grade at Highland Elementary in Sylvania and he loves it. Jacoby is 8 months and is at JMLC following in his big brother's footsteps. They are growing up so fast!! He is crawling like crazy and pulling up on furniture, oh boy!
Jonah was so excited to ride the horse, until he was actually on it. After one lap around, he wanted to get off. John reassured him that is was okay and he made it the rest of the way. He did love the "neigh, neigh".
Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you...Jonah has found something else to "pick" at the orchard. We did have a GREAT time on the tractor ride, Jonah was even lucky enough to sit in the driver's seat.
Well he knows his animal names but not quite the way to pronounce them. The polar bear babies are not babies anymore. It is getting hard to tell the difference between the Momma and the twin girls.
Jonah had a great time "helping" Daddy. He hooked bungee cords to the bumper to tow the Jet-Ski (well, he thought that would work) . He checked the tires with the gauge. He use the wrench to tighten the hitch. He was so proud of himself!
Jonah Loves his PlayDough or Play Yo as he calls it. He loves to roll it into a snake and cut it with his knife. I have lost the battle of trying to keep the colors separated.
Well we arrived in Traverse City at 11:00 pm and Jonah was raring to go. He loved riding around on the luggage cart especially in the elevator. "Wanna Riiiide!"
This was Jonah's first visit to a lightouse. Traverse City is such a neat place to explore. He had so much fun playing with the rocks in the sand and walking up and down the beach.
We were so lucky to be with Jonah's Great Grandma Mann for her 80th birthday. We all had such a good time and we will have wonderful memories of our time together as a family!
