Do Goats Have Lips?
Well, Jonah has fallen in love with goats at the petting zoo. I turned my back for a second and he was kissing a goat! Fortunately he has not developed hoof-n-mouth as of last week. It was not just that one time either, he walked around and hugged the goats and kissed their heads. It was so cute and a little disgusting too! I wished they handed out Listerine to "de-bug" his mouth!
Off we go!
This is before we go on the road for a 6.5 hour drive to Iowa. We went to visit Jonah's newest cousin, Angelina. The trip went as good as I could have expected with a 22 month old. As a side note...the pillows and the tray were ripped off in about 10 minutes and he had NO interest in the DVD player. We are going to take a long break from extended car rides!
A Little Boy's Dream Come True!!
I have NEVER seen Jonah more happy than he was the moment we arrived at the john Deere Pavilion in Iowa. he saw the tractors and he had a smile that was plastered on his face. he ran from tractor to tractor and could not concentrate on one thing at a time. I think he may want to Join Uncle Mikey at John Deere someday.
Take that Elmo!

First Zoo Trip of 2008
We had so much fun walking around the zoo and the weather was beautiful! It was also nice to be able to see John at work since he has been spending alot of time out there. Jonah loved to see the construction site more than the animals I think. We ate lunch with Grandma Maggy, Sue and John it was very nice!
Go Dadda!
